Level 1 – Awareness in First Aid for Mental Health (5 hours)

Group of up to four places – £150 (£37.50pp)

Additional places – £25.50pp

This half-day course is designed to give learners the knowledge to recognise suspected mental health conditions, along with the confidence to start supportive conversations and signpost individuals to appropriate professional help.

For those wishing to qualify as a First Aider for Mental Health, we recommend progressing to either the Level 2 Award in First Aid for Mental Health or the Level 3 Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health.
